Barage Group Ltd. has signed a contract for complete engineering of the new logistics base of Service Logistics Kostinbrod Ltd.

On 08.08.2019 construction company Barage Group Ltd. signed a contract with Service Logistics Kostinbrod Ltd. for the construction of a Logistics center in Kostinbrod region. Sofia. According to the contract, Barage Group will undertace the complete engineering of the project, which includes the design, construction and commissioning of the site. The logistics center will consist of a complex of warehouse buildings.

 

In the first stage a warehouse and office building will be constructed. In the second stage will be completed its expansion, in the third and fourth stages respectively - a cross-docking terminal and another warehouse building.

 

The total build area of ​​the site is 3652.5m2, of which 1147.5m2 are offices and the warehouse is 2505m2. The completion deadline is 8 months.
